Eligibility
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
Opened software, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive accessories may not be eligible for return.
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
InstaPay & card orders
Approved refunds for card payments are returned to the original payment method.
InstaPay refunds are processed to the same bank account used for payment after verification.
